I have the book New Earth on audio cassette and had listened to most of it when I just decided I wanted to READ the thing instead. I find I process it differently when I visually interpret the words, can underline, make margin notes, go back over key sentences rather than listening to it. Commute time is fine for murder mysteries, sci fi adventures, historical fiction, etc but I'm finding for my non-fiction reading, particularly things of a spiritual nature I'm better off sticking to print.
