I awoke remembering part of my dream that occured around 5:00 am today. In the remembrance of working with and preparing others for upcoming events, I told them they should listen for the song, "Moon River" sung by Andy Williams. When they heard it playing, it would mean that the angels were contacting them.
It is a day of quiet reflection as the event of 9/11 lingers in our hearts and soul. One just has to put themselves in another's place who lived the loss of a loved one on that day, to get a feeling of what it must be like. I then think of what it must be like for the families of the 50,000 innocent civilians who have been killed in Iraq, part of what America has inflicted on them. I wonder if they are able to hold services and vigils for the traumas that surely they must endure as well. One has to wonder where the insanity that holds and grips the minds of men will eventually lead to. How many more wake-up calls are we going to get before we truly awaken to a greater truth of reality? How many more families will suffer tremendous grief of the retaliations that are done from the unbalanced minds of our world leaders and labeled justified actions?
Truly if our educational systems would teach about "Universal Laws" and how they apply in our every day lives, we might just have a chance of surviving this insanity.
This morning in a newsletter I read the following:
"Love your enemies; forgive those who ill-use you; pray for those who speak evil of you, ... and if you cannot do this in your own strength, seek by all possible means to do it in the power of spirit - Divine Consciousness.
PRAY and MEDITATE and ask for help. It will be given you if you persist.
If the ego persists in forcing your thoughts downward again to virulence and anger and raising all kinds of arguments as to why you should condemn someone who has deeply hurt and even wounded you physically, go into meditation again and again, seeking insight and relief from your dilemma, asking to have these troublesome recurring angry and vindictive thoughts removed from you......
NOT to please God
as you have been taught by the churches
but to protect yourself from the whiplash of your angry thoughts which rebound in your lives bearing violent upheavals and further rows and arguments to deal with.
FOR - whatever power you give to resentful thoughts, that power will send a direct electrical stream of consciousness to the person who hurt you, - AND the stream of consciousness returns, zinging its way back to you in due course, like a boomerang.
You must know that every electrical field creates a like magnetic field - the two always work together - so that WHAT GOES OUT EVENTUALLY RETURNS.
This is a scientific law of existence but what science does not yet admit is this:
Electrical force powers the mind; it is the consciousness impulse of 'Get Going' in the mind.
Electrical force is a facet of consciousness.
Two-faced Magnetism powers the human and animal emotions - it 'attracts' and it 'repels'. It is the impulse of human love and the impulse of hatred.
Magnetism is experienced by all living things as emotion - feeling.
Are Americans shedding tears for the innocents who died under the hail of bombs deposited night after night for no good reason other than a vitriolic hatred of Hussein? Do they hold services for the Iraqian dead? Do they even consider that they have murdered innocents - who had no protection against the USA horrific weapons and had never done them a moment's harm?
Just consider the weight of the emotional distress unleashed by all of this insufferable and arrogant destruction of another country - destruction which has freed all the rebel fighting groups which Hussein had kept in check. Unleashed a most foul mode of killing others - the suicide bombs. Every time such bombs go off - thus killing innocent bystanders, the Americans who supported war against Iraq, should realize that it was their support which made such suicide bombing possible.
Just consider the unleashing of the gigantic, untold emotional vibrations of horror, hate, revenge, and retaliation that is now directed at America.
How do the Americans think that all this 'Hatred Energy' will be manifested against them?
Because it will be manifested as death and destruction. It is a law of existence. Even 'Christian' churches claim to believe this law.
Where there is no FORGIVENESS there is retribution in the form of Cause and Effect.
FORGIVENESS, complete and total and LOVING, dispels the violent hatred energies.
Without forgiveness, they gather momentum from the ongoing resentment of the opponent.
Read the article on 'Cracks in your planet' and then ask yourselves how all this terrifying load of hate will be manifested. Who, in America, will - SOONER OR LATER -be the targets?
Therefore I tell you clearly: In your home, in your community, in your town, in your State, in your country - FORGIVE whoever has injured you in any way - big or small. Let this word ring out across your land through any means you have.
And if you cannot forgive easily because your ego will not let you - then bring your hurt and anger to Divine Consciousness (which I termed the 'Father' when in Palestine) and ask for Its inflow of Spiritual Directing Power to gently ease and remove the burden from your minds.
Indeed, those who occupy the highest positions in the most powerful nations, and cause the most horrific damage in the world are received with pomp and ceremony, smiles and handshakes by the religious leaders of the various 'Christian' religions. The blind grip hands and give blessings to the blind."
I would like to add, "Wake-Up" for the time of slumber has passed. This earth and our survival depends upon us becoming Spiritual Adults.

God on Your Own
It has been an interesting few days with the topic of God, religion, death, etc., whirling around. With the Middle East conflict going 24/7, I would imagine most people's nerves are becoming a little frayed. I have recently had communication with a very zealous "Christian" woman spouting bible quotes, while chastizing many. In her having to be right about her beliefs, she spoke so unkindly of others who had a different reference and perception on life. While reading her communication that she sent to me, I had a vision of her holding her bible still preaching that Jonah was eaten by the whale (she did reference this) and her critical remarks were like an AK47 blasting all who did not join in with her beliefs. Then I was shown a woman suicide bomber - they were side by side - both extremists and ready to kill for their perception of the RIGHT GOD. I think the war is helping all of us to rethink our beliefs and just how they have influenced our minds, thus affecting our actions.
Funny - this woman's last name is "West" and it appears she absolutely does not like Eastern philosophy! She sure did rake the philospher Carl Jung over the coals in one of her essays. Poor guy isn't even alive to defend himself. Until such persons have their own "Experience" with the Divine and personal raise in consciousness, they will never fully understand what others who speak of the concept of unity and oneness are referring to.
Last week there was a sidewalk sale in town. I kept getting this inner nudge to go down there for there was something I was to see. I was thinking it was pottery, because I've been looking for some new earth tone designs made by local artists to display in the kitchen. I was arriving at the end of the street and couldn't figure out why I hadn't seen anything in pottery. Then, the second to the last booth, I knew what was waiting for me. An artist had a beautiful display of laser engraved pictures captured on marble and granite. The one with the 8 pointed star jumped out at me. It was surrounded by a circle with the letter directions of N,S,E,W also shown on all four sides. The title was, "Compass Rose." I flashed on a piece of jewelry I had designed and had made a few years ago. The eight pointed star when I wear it reminds me to follow my star. All four directions encompass the Divine plan and the points are balanced. To navigate the emotional waters while traveling in biology, is a little easier if one has more STAR LIGHT within. :-)
A friend emailed me a copy of a newsletter this morning and I found the title, "Our Religious Beliefs are Killing Us," very much in line with my conversations and writings the past few days. I thought I would share with you. I have not personally read any of the authors books, but a few of his book titles caught my eye. Perhaps some of his writings will appeal to you.
As the saying goes, "In the Eye of the Creator, We See Only Love." That is the truth (in my world)......it is so simple and yet for the enslaved minds of men who need conflict and drama, humans will continue with their follies and building of their killing machines to be used on their brothers and sisters, just so they can feel they are RIGHT and for their EGO's to be satisfied.
When you feel you have had enough of 3D madness, you can always ask Scotty to beam you up! :-)
Our Religious Beliefs Are Killing Us (by Joseph Dispenza)
A titanic collision of core religious beliefs is once again igniting the tinderbox of the Middle East, not only along the borders of Israel, but throughout the entire region. Countries there seem poised to topple like deadly dominoes into an armed conflict which is looking like the apocalyptic nightmare we have been fearing for centuries.
Some of the fundamentalist crazies among us are welcoming the confrontation as the fulfillment of Biblical prophesies about the end of the world, which must unfold in a final and decisive war between the forces of good and the forces of evil. The rest of us are waiting to see if sanity will prevail (something that seems less likely with each passing day), so that more bloodshed and anguish will be prevented.
When religious core beliefs clash, disaster and death follow. In the present conflict we are witnessing, both sides believe that their God is the true God -- and that, therefore, the other side is the "infidel" and must, according to their holy scripture, be killed. Take a close look at the Bible and the Qur'an and you will see numerous injunctions to kill those who do not uphold the "correct" concept of God. And to see just how deep these core religious beliefs can run, recall what is happening in the Iraq civil war, where two branches of Islam, which we had thought was based on a common religious belief, are torturing and murdering each other over minute distinctions of faith.
Religious core beliefs are incredibly powerful -- so powerful that they make us forget the most basic of human needs, that of self-preservation. We rush into battle, swords waving above our heads, ready to kill and be killed in the name of the loving creator of us all. It seems ridiculous, but it has been happening, with devastating consequences, at least since the advent, 4000 years ago, of the sky-god religions: Judaism, Christianity, and Islam.
Many of us used to think that organized religion, if we didn't subscribe to it, was something we could ignore and go on with our lives. But now we are seeing that religious zealots, guided by their "divinely inspired" scriptures, have become a menace to those of us who want to live peaceful and fulfilling lives. The true believers in all three of the Big Religions cannot be ignored any longer, because they are locked into a nihilistic course to destroy not only each other, but us with them.
The time may be coming when, for the sake of the planet and all living things upon it, the humanistic sane will have to somehow defuse the ticking time bombs of the religious insane. How we do it can be debated; whether it should be done cannot.
This dangerous moment in history does not require of us to be polite, to be politically and religiously correct, but to speak out against the deplorable state of affairs brought on by ignorant people blindly following dysfunctional faiths that need the blood of the enemy to stay alive. - JD

Praying for Peace
Today I received an email written by Marianne Williamson that I feel is worth sharing. We all need reminders to work on staying within our center (right mind), especially during this most pivotal and chaotic of times.
PRAYING FOR PEACE

Like many people, I'm both glued to the news and horrified by it. My thoughts and feelings have been thrown out of order, into some kind of disarray that at times surprises me.
We're all being challenged by world events to see just how deeply our convictions lie, and how and where we're ready to apply them to the realities of the world.
For myself, if I'm sure of anything I am sure of this: the mortal mind, as it is currently and commonly configured within human consciousness, is inadequate to the demands of the times in which we live.
As Gandhi said, "The problem with humanity is that it's not in its right mind."
We are being asked by history, by evolution, by God, to evolve beyond all thoughts of separation to see the unity of all children of God.
Ultimately we will leave behind as quaint such notions as "national sovereignty."
We will realize that all of us are one.
Or else... No one has a monopoly on human suffering, and no child is more precious to God than any other.
Only when we have learned to love as God loves will the world be uplifted to where it naturally belongs. It's one thing to say that, or to even believe it.
But how do we apply it to such a moment of world crisis as confronts us now?
A Course in Miracles says that God does not give us victory in battle; rather, He lifts us above the battlefield.
Our greatest spiritual contribution to this moment is to remember, in the words of the Course, that "beyond this world is a world I want."
Beyond this three dimensional reality where the horrors of war are raging, there is another field of possibility alive in the Mind of God.
Our work as individuals is to claim that world beyond this one, with passion and conviction; it is a world in which Jews and Arabs and Christians -- and everyone else as well -- are united not through the body but through the spirit.
Close your eyes and see with your Inner Eye what the newspapers cannot show you.
See the light withinn every Israeli, the light within every Palestinian and Lebanese, the light within every human heart, emerge from the center of their souls and then merge into One.
See this, hold onto the vision, pray that it become a reality on the face of the earth, and then surrender it into the hands of God.
What the world needs now is a miracle, and it is miracles to which we are all entitled.
For miracles occur naturally as expressions of love; they are in fact the natural order of the world when the mind is in its natural state.
Our task, quite simply, is to love in a way that we have never loved before.
Let us love even those with whom we do not agree, perhaps even those whom we might think we hate.
Let us love them not personally, of course, but impersonally.
Let us reach for the Love of God within us, that we might reach the Love of God within them.
Let us all awaken to a higher truth, that we might be subconscious awakeners.
Neither Israel nor Lebanon need any of us to fall into this nightmare with them.
What they need is for us to remain spiritually awake -- to the truth of their Oneness in the Mind of God.
Because all minds are joined, our being awake will help them all to awaken.
Their souls are making an ultimate sacrifice for each of us, showing what lies ahead for the world should we not remember who we truly are.
God bless Lebanon. God bless Israel. God bless every child of God. And God, please help us to live in peace.
We need a miracle. And we need it now.

Amma - The Hugging Saint
Today I was reminded of a simple exercise that can uplift and change the direction of our thoughts, thus potentially changing the future outcome of our reality. I viewed the web site of Amma who has inspired millions on her journey. She is considered a hugging saint.
Amma's states, "Within you, there is a wellspring of love. Tap that source in the right way and the shakthi (energy) of divine love will fill your heart, expanding endlessly within you."

Yesterday I went to meet a friend at Starbucks for conversation and a cool drink. I changed my clothes four times before deciding on an aquamarine pants and top. Upon entering the store, a woman seated at a table, looked up at me and commented on my outfit. She absolutely loved the color, thus this lead to a 45 minute conversation of our mutual love of the tropics, spirit, healing and peacemaking. When I looked at this woman, it's like I could see to the depth of her soul. When she got up to leave she came over to me and asked if she could give me a hug. We embraced like old friends and family would. I smiled and knew this was one of those special synchronistic moments that will always be etched in my heart. I see a "wink" coming in, and the cosmos smiling.

Do Americans Know How To Be Free?

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal; that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights; that among these are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. With these lofty ideals in mind, a small group of North American colonies declared their independence from Great Britain.
And for the support of this declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of Divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our lives, our fortunes, and our sacred honor. Mindful of Divine Providence and for the purpose of building an independent nation, the colonists pledged to work together, to share their fortunes, and to honor each other. Together, they would learn what it means to be free, sovereign beings while living within a national community.
July 4, 2006 marks the 230th year Americans have celebrated our independence. Have we learned how to be free while living within a national community? We call our nation's founding documents inspired, but are we inspired by them? Do we recognize, in the words of Mortimer J. Adler, that citizenship is the only permanent political office? Are we fulfilling our office of citizenship in ways that honor the unalienable rights bestowed on all human beings by our Creator?
We cannot know how to be free without understanding and implementing every human being's unalienable (natural) rights. Rights bestowed by our Creator are for the purpose of taking every human being to the highest possible level of individual expression.

Do we know that the pursuit of happiness means having the abundance, education, and loving acceptance to pursue the happiness found in positive self-expression and well-being? Do we know that freedom to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness is possible only when all are free to do the same?
If not, Americans are still learning how to be free.

We call our nation's founding documents inspired, but are we inspired by them? Do we recognize, in the words of Mortimer J. Adler, that citizenship is the only permanent political office? Are we fulfilling our office of citizenship in ways that honor the unalienable rights bestowed on all human beings by our Creator?
We cannot know how to be free without understanding and implementing every human being's unalienable (natural) rights. Rights bestowed by our Creator are for the purpose of taking every human being to the highest possible level of individual expression.

Oncologist Mitchell Gaynor wrote a book on sound therapy. He says the body normally vibrates at certain frequencies, and when people are sick, they are out of tune. Vibrations from music or instruments work to reharmonize.
Along with yoga, acupuncture, meditation, sound therapy is another of the mind-body approaches to medicine that are growing in popularity. But in this case, there's some sound science behind it.
Cancer survivor Rosemary Hernandez says going through chemotherapy was rough on her body and mind. So when her oncologist suggested a new alternative therapy to treat both, it was music to her ears.
"It takes away depression. It even takes away pain," Rosemary said of the sound therapy.
Patients listen to soothing music and chant while meditating and doing yoga-like breathing.
"I feel like I've been to heaven and back," Rosemary said.
Oncologist Mitchell Gaynor wrote a book on sound therapy. He says the body normally vibrates at certain frequencies, and when people are sick, they are out of tune. Vibrations from music or instruments work to reharmonize.
"The body is composed of 70percent water. It's an excellent conductive medium for sound and vibration," Gaynor said.
Dr. Gaynor stresses sound therapy won't cure illness, but he says it has a powerful impact on the body. He points to studies that show music can reduce burn victims' pain and lower the anxiety of surgical and cancer patients.
"We know that heart rate and blood pressure are affected by music. We know that stress hormones are lowered by pleasant music," Gaynor said.
But you don't need to be sick. Amrita Cottrell, director of the Healing Music Organization, says people also attend sound pods and meditation sessions for wellness.
"Happy, relaxed, vibrant -- those are many of the things that people have said to me that they feel after a session," Cottrell said.
As with many treatments, even some medications, there's always a chance some of the benefit derived from sound therapy could be attributed to the placebo effect. But Dr. Gaynor, who is a cancer therapist and professor at Cornell, says he stands behind sound therapy as one of the most powerful alternative therapies he's seen.
A little more information that may explain the article above, and why sound and light therapy are alternative treatments that do work, and hopefully will become mainstream thinking in the not too distant future.
SYMPATHETIC VIBRATION - IN BIOLOGICAL TERMS
The only way we can perceive our reality is if the cells within our organs of perception resonate in sympathy with the frequency we are perceiving whether it be light, sound, etc. The energy transfer ultimately ends up as electrical data to the brain. We actually have subtle organs of perception that can pick up higher frequencies - i.e third eye or pineal gland, but these have atrophied over the years as we have not been taught to use them.
SYMPATHETIC VIBRATION - IN HUMAN TERMS
A MUSICAL / FREQUENCY MODEL OF BODY & MIND - HEALTH & DISEASE
As mentioned, our physical reality is a condensation of a myriad of pure waveforms from the electron to the atom - to the periodic table of elements - to molecules - to organic and inorganic matter. Instead of looking at everything as solid matter start to imagine it as a pure illusion of intelligently organized resonating waveforms with a fundamental frequency. Some say that these waveforms have been holographically projected by the thoughtforms of a higher being. Other evidence suggests that the fundamental wavelength / vibratory signature of our reality is 7.62 mm / - but we'll leave that alone for the moment.
Our bodies have multidimensional anatomy with higher frequencies layers [ethereal / astral / mental / spirit self] existing parallel with the physical. The physical is an expression of the outer fields [as above - cause, so below - effect] thus formation of the physical plane is guided by an etheric blueprint. What happens above in the higher frequency realms governs the physical plane.
Now let us consider the chakras before we bring it all togethor. These are spinning vortices of energy within the etheric field, aligned from the base of the spine to the head. There are seven major primary chakras and each appears to be associated with a major nerve plexus [i.e Solar Plexus ] and a major endocrine gland [ i.e adrenals in the case of the solar plexus]. Their function is to step down the frequencies and energies from the higher order realms to a level utilizable in the physical plane. This energy is distributed to the physical body through subtle energy channels supplying glands and cellular structures with life force and thus animating the body. Each chakra has a natural resonant frequency that denotes normal function in order for it to supply the correct energy. Too little and the area associated with the chakra becomes underactive - too much and over-stimulation and damage can occur.
The organs and glands of the body, briefly mentioned already above, are effectively complex biological oscillators with a vibration & frequency signature related to the vibratory signature or electrical bio-resonance of the individual cells. We could even think of them as crystalline in nature since crystals have a highly uniform structure based on identical molecular sub-components and also a pure vibratory signature - useful in crystal healing.
When the frequency of any cell deviates from the normal it will have an effect on the whole organ and consequently the whole body. A state of pathology sets in, and the tissue is said to be diseased. This frequency deviation first takes place as an imbalance in the magneto-electric field within the frequency realm associated with our thoughts and feelings [mental & emotional plane] - hence illness is very much pyschosomatic. Thoughts and emotions have waveform and frequency signatures associated with them also and effect the normal vibration of healthy cells. It has been shown that the waveform of emotion has a direct effect on the DNA of cells. As our thoughts and emotions tend toward higher frequencies - i.e towards a state of pure love - there are positive effects on our health.
Our physical bodies emit a sound and as such can be thought of as an orchestra playing a magnificent chord. Each cell and substructure is analogous to an individual player and instrument. For the whole sound to be harmonious, each instrument must be in tune relative to a fundamental note or key signature. If any instrument is out of key or any player looses his way then an obvious dischordant sound emerges - we are then out of balance.
Within the body the various biological oscillators must have frequency signatures that are harmonically related to each other. When everything is in tune a system of standing waves will be produced throughout the entire crystalline structure of the body. All the vibratory components of our bodies should be in tune and in synch with each other or else disharmonic waveforms will try to fight with and destroy the standing waves. If this happens the body ages quickly and dies.
Let us think of the Life Force as the ultimate vibration that never changes or needs tuning and governs the frequency and geometric characteristics of all the harmonically related dimensional realms that are born out of it. Everything in creation must be synchronized with and in harmony with it to exist and to maintain this existence. By this rationale everything in creation including our bodies should be in perfect balance at all times because the original blueprints relate back to the highest vibrations possible.
Because of free-will, many of our thoughts and lifestyle choices [i.e poor toxic diets] introduce dis-harmony and non-sustainable waveforms which affect the normal resonant frequency of our bodies. Consequently as we introduce destructive waveforms into our being, entropy [chaos] starts to set in at the spark gap junction of the DNA, and we age and die. This is not entirely necessary to the extent that we accept - provocative as this might sound to conventional science and philosophy.
ENTRAINMENT
Another important phenomena within the physics of the universe is entrainment. A sequence by which the frequency or motions of one system influences and brings about a harmonically related synchronicity of a second system.
E.G. The motions of the planets are inertially related to the motions of the sun around another central sun which is itself inertially related to the neutral & central point of the universe [zero time / zero motion].
The magnetic fields of the earth are entrained by that of the sun. The magnetics of the earth entrain the magnetics of our cells.
The waveforms and frequencies contained in the hearts electricity creates a phonon wave that entrains the brainwaves, the bio-resonace of cells and even influences activity in the DNA.
Look to Google and type in Sound Therapy.......it's nice to see these ancient modalities of healing returning. A phrase I like is, "Everything comes back full circle."

Rare Rainbow Spotted over Idaho

June 19, 2006—It looks like a rainbow that's been set on fire, but this phenomenon is as cold as ice.
Known in the weather world as a circumhorizontal arc, this rare sight was caught on film on June 3 as it hung over northern Idaho near the Washington State border.
The arc isn't a rainbow in the traditional sense—it is caused by light passing through wispy, high-altitude cirrus clouds. The sight occurs only when the sun is very high in the sky (more than 58° above the horizon). What's more, the hexagonal ice crystals that make up cirrus clouds must be shaped like thick plates with their faces parallel to the ground.
When light enters through a vertical side face of such an ice crystal and leaves from the bottom face, it refracts, or bends, in the same way that light passes through a prism. If a cirrus's crystals are aligned just right, the whole cloud lights up in a spectrum of colors.

The "X" speaks of the balance that all of us should work toward attaining. Merging the spiritual with the physical or the saying, "As Above, So Below", with the energies meeting and balancing in the heart center, will bring the LIGHT back into the World. As we have often read in some of the Great Books written a passage that states, ..... "On Earth as it is in Heaven" or Bringing Heaven to Earth". It would be nice to not have to leave the body to discover this dimension of self. :-)

Extreme Home Make Over without "Ty"
"Blog" who has got time to blog? I am seriously considering writing to Ty from Extreme Home Make Over, and asking him how he survives the stress. Oh yes, it just dawned on me, he doesn't have to live in the house while it is being reconstructed! I know I am getting plenty of opportunities to practice self-mastery techniques during this kitchen and laundry room remodel.

3. Go with the flow
4. Let Go, and Let God...... Or just get out of the way!
We have been living in a state of continual mess for about four weeks and it looks like another month to go. I have a washing machine in the family room, stove under the breezeway, wet towels and dirty clothes waiting to be cleaned, and most of my kitchen stuff is scattered throughout the dining room and living room, along with a few old cupboards. The kitchen really is the hub the of the house, and when that goes down, it seems like eternal camping takes place.
I am still in search of a new refrigerator that will open properly, due to the fact that the designers didn't allow for the doors to open fully without hitting the cupboards. I think new home construction would be a lot easier than remodel. We are working around size limitations, and so it seems like it is always about compromise and limitations. I can't wait until I have the ability to just blink my eyes like Genie, and all will be manifested instantly and perfectly. (This only occurs during dream time.) :-)
Last night though when I laid in bed, suddenly a big smile came over my face and I gave thanks for what has been accomplished, and remembered that a glad heart is a key for allowing the Universe to provide with ease, for one's desires to be fulfilled.
I will just take a deep breath now, and know that a "Ty" clone will soon be at my door, with a hammer in hand and take those new cupboards to a higher level.
So, now you know what I've been up to, and why this blog has been quiet.
Just a little something I read this morning - the messages always show up just when I need them.
"You have a treasure house of experience to call upon that should enable you to overcome any problem. It is not that you can always achieve exactly what you want, but you have sufficient know-how with which to solve them. Life is a continual challenge, and your actions and those of others all come together to create your reality.
Everything is continually changing around you, and you also have a part in it that determines the outcome. Man without realizing it is molding the future, and as you experience your present existence know that you have helped it to manifest. You are not aimlessly sailing through life, although some take little direct interest in what takes place."
I can honestly say I have a big interest in what takes place......so I am really going to call upon my treasure house of experiences to get this job done!!!!!!
Guess this is a good time to practice the insights for manifestation.

10 Insights for Manifestation
ManifestingThis is all about manifesting what you want in life. The whole subject of manifesting in the physical is far more complicated than meditating, praying, rituals, or others methods people employ to get what they want.
Insight #1 ... We attract by grid connections if the soul accepts that which the physical mind requests.
Insight #2 ... If you are emotionally balanced you will attract that which will keep you in balance. If you have emotional problems - and are in denial - you will attract drama!
Insight #3 ... Think outside the box. Observe what, when, and how you sabotage the patterns of your life. This is a form of manifestation by your soul after its energy reserve with existing patterns is depleted.
Insight #4 ... We all search for different things ... love, power, money, recognition, healing, etc. Manifesting the desired result goes to one's programming and the DNA code they came here to play out.
Insight #5 ... Healing systems cannot teach you how to manifest, but can give perspective about your emotional body and soul decisions. Psychologically speaking, it is the subconscious mind that is the driver of it all, therefore you have to link to that part of who you are to understand your patterns past, present, and future.
Insight #6 ... When trying to manifest, one must consider a whole host of peripheral streams of interconnected energies based on attaining that which one thinks they want.
Insight #7 ... Learning to manifest and shift grids creates synchronicities, which may have underlying repercussions.

Melody of Life - in the cubes?


Last night I happened to revisit an article I read sometime ago on the Rosslyn Chapel and the cubes that may hold some codes for healing. Minutes after leaving the computer, the travel channel happened to be on, and suddenly I was visiting the Rosslyn Chapel in Scotland and looking at these magnificient pictures from now another media source. When this stuff occurs back to back, it is usually a sign to pay attention. The music theme has been so prevalent lately for me, and this information was just a little more to add to the solving of the puzzle of life.

ROSSLYN Chapel holds many secrets. For hundreds of years experts and visitors alike have puzzled over the carvings in the chapel. Whilst some debate whether they point to hidden treasure, Edinburgh composer Stuart Mitchell thinks he has cracked one part of the enigma.
He believes that the ornate ceiling of carved arches, featuring 213 decorated cubes holds a code for medieval music. His father Thomas Mitchell spent 20 years cracking this code in the ceiling and now Stuart is orchestrating the findings for a new recording called The Rosslyn Motet.
They hope that the music, when played on medieval instruments in situ, will resonate throughout the chapel unlocking a secret in the stone.
The breakthrough to interpreting the notation came when Mitchell's father discovered that the markings carved on the face of the cubes seem to match a phenomenon called Cymatics or Chladni patterns. Chladni patterns form when a sustained note is used to vibrate a sheet of metal covered in powder producing marks. The frequency used dictates the shape of the pattern, for example; the musical note A below middle C vibrates at 440 KHz and produces a shape that looks like a rhombus. Different notes can produce various shapes including flowers, diamonds and hexagons - shapes all present on the Rosslyn cubes. Stuart Mitchell believes this is "beyond coincidence" and has assigned a note to each cube.
Ernst Chladni first documented the phenomenon in the late 18th century - yet it appears to be present in a 15th century building. Which begs the question: "Was Sir William St Clair (the man who built Rosslyn Chapel) familiar with sciences far in advance of his time?".
Stuart Mitchell believes a link between the Knights Templar – who may have gleaned advanced Eastern scientific knowledge during their stay in Jerusalem during the Crusades – and Rosslyn could explain the encoded musical notes.
"The symbolism in Rosslyn is reaching back to times of a civilisation that is lost to us now that had sciences that are the roots of all the mechanics of the universe," says Mitchell.
If this science was used in the carvings at Rosslyn, then there needs to be an explanation of how this information came to be lost for centuries. According to Mitchell, the Church suppressed the knowledge as a means of controlling the public. "What it points towards is the church system denying people certain knowledge because knowledge is awareness. People who knew too much were burnt as witches."
Interestingly the Devil's Chord - diabolus in musica - makes an appearance in the music.
"In the ceiling is this jump of an augmented fourth, in fact it opens up with an augmented fourth," says Mitchell. The Catholic Church had banned this interval (seven semitones) from medieval music as it was believed to be disturbing and therefore diabolical. Perhaps St Clair was indeed challenging the authority of the church.
The music itself, according to Mitchell is a mix "of Celtic melodies and secular worship crossed with a kind of Christian worship" but not Catholic he says. Perhaps this explains why carvings depicting the green man, essentially a pagan image, exist alongside carvings of Christ in the chapel.
"[Orkney] and the Shetlands had a very big druid, pagan community and they had their own culture of music," says Mitchell. "William St Clair was the last Earl of Orkney and some of the melodies in the ceiling of Rosslyn Chapel are Orkney/Shetland Airs."
Mitchell doesn't believe that the notes were carved there simply to record a piece of music. He hopes that the repeated frequencies in the music will resonate within the building and unlock a medieval secret.
"Hopefully, knowing masons of this period of time were aware of the acoustic properties and the effect of resonance upon stone, we're hoping something falls loose… it's like a safe. This is why we think he [St Clair] has gone to so much trouble."
Mitchell has no idea what may be hidden in the church, but believes that St Clair used advanced science to ensure that the music was hidden from prying eyes.
Mitchell, dubbing the project "The Voice of Creation", says the carvings on the cubes are ultimately about sacred geometry.
"What it's saying is we've forgotten more than we know."
Perhaps the music is indeed a key to the past, the physics of the universe and just maybe, played loud enough inside Rosslyn, it will unlock a long lost secret hidden in the masonry.

Accordion to my books..... :-)

Music and the keys to life's theme, seem to be part of this weeks ramblings. I am often amused as I reflect on the outward physical creations we make for our lives such as the accordion seen here, as to how it reflects or mirrors back to us, how we too are an instrument, complete with bellows that go in and out, playing different notes and finding the right chord to accompany the harmony and pitch that reflects who we are.
Each person seems to have his or her own rhythm and beat, along with the key or keys that they enjoying playing in. As I watched a recent yoga video demonstration on a yoga position called the spinal flex, there was a woman flexing her spine backward and forward, breathing in and out really fast, and suddenly it dawned on me that she looked like an accordion. Our bodies are truly amazing in every sense of the cells, molecules and atoms. We are our own universe that is constantly pushing and pulling, expanding and contracting, and those folds are forever moving in and out.
This morning I had some time to catch a few TV shows while ironing - or pressing out the garments of my life. Sometimes, wrinkles are okay, then days less wrinkles are called for. The two shows, "The Today Show" and "Live with Regis and Kelli," also contained the music theme. The first one had a little "5" year old Music Prodigy on playing a trumpet. I can honestly say he "BLEW ME AWAY." The way it was discussed by the hosts and an adult horn blower himself, this has never been before seen. The next show featured a woman from last year who was recognized for teaching music to children for free. She would donate her time and often her own financial resources to furnish instruments to all children who so desired to learn and play music. Since then over 700 children have signed up for their free music instruction. This beautiful music lady was gifted with $30,000 of instruments from the show and from what they said was that all year long people have been sending her theirs to share.
In every fiber of my being, I know that music assists in our own healing and personal evolution. The children are showing us over and over that they desire music classes, instead of the nonsense equipment and toys we supply them with to program them more fully into becoming robots of society. By healing their inner energy centers with the vibrations and tones these instruments provide, we are helping them to discover their real essence and self-worth. For those who do not wish to learn a musical instrument, then I would encourage you to try a few yoga classes, where your own body becomes the instrument.
Todays story of the music lady from Canada, flashed me back to a dream I had several years ago. I can remember sitting around a table with other adults who were discussing issues that were only self-serving and materialistic in value. I watched as a young boy sat in the corner by himself, and his only desire was to learn music. I then remember going over to the boy and saying, "I will not only teach you music free of charge, but I will teach all who wish to learn free of charge." To see this on TV today and a remarkable woman from Canada doing this, makes we wonder how many of us dream together?
As I mentioned over at Laura's blog today, that a good composer will insert "Rests" into their composition, for after all that outward movement, we need to come back together and integrate all that we have learned.
And.........so on that note.........I'm out of here and ready for my upcoming rest!

Lilacs of Desire

Aside from Roses, there is no flower as beautiful and aromatic as Lilacs - so says the Gardner's Network....
Friday morning on my way out the door, I suddenly had this strong urge to pick some lilacs and take them to my lawyer friend who rents space in our office building. I was already in the car and thinking, "Oh -- I can do it tomorrow." Then, this loud voice inside says, "Take the time and do it now."
So, I got out of the car, found the cutting shears and proceeded to pick her a lovely bouquet. When I arrived at the building, her door was mostly closed so I decided not to bother her, but instead put the vase of flowers on the floor next to her door. (Hey, in this small town, anything goes!) Peg is often known to leave little goodies at our door, so I thought it would be nice to pay her back.
When I stopped into today she came over and gave me a big hug and had a story. She told me that the night before she got the flowers, she was driving home and noticed a beautiful lilac bush outside of someone's home. Oh......she said she wanted some of those so bad. She could almost smell them and even thought of stopping and asking if she could pick some! She said she couldn't get the thought of those lilacs out of her mind. I guess she almost fell over when the next day she stepped outside her office and there she found a vase of her desires sitting on the floor. She asked everyone in the building if they knew who left them for her - and no one did. She figured since I never come in that early, that it couldn't have been me! :-)

I'm really glad my ego didn't win out when it wanted to argue about putting the task off for a little bit, and I allowed myself to be available to help someone's desires come to fruition. Sometimes it's just those little things in life, that are so very meaningful.

Lawrence Welk and the Bubble Connection - Sherlock's Sunday
Miracle BubblesThere are days when my thoughts are rather hum drum, then days when it feels like a rocket is passing through them beyond the speed of light. Today seems to be one of those speed of light days. I will have to check whether there has been another burst off the sun, or where the Full Moon is on the calendar.
This past Easter a friend brought in a beautiful Easter Basket loaded with goodies, lots of fun colored easter bunnies and a bottle of Miracle Bubbles. My inner child was extremely happy! Today's reflections take me back to early childhood. Growing up in the 50's and 60's without the internet or cable, many of us had just a few choices on the TV channels to surf through. It was a Saturday night event of family togetherness that seldom changed its routine that comes to mind today. I would have a bath, followed by my mom pinning my hair up into tight curls and then securing these tightly woven powers to be with a hair pin. (Hair means power in dreams.) She was going to be sure I did not falter or misuse these God given talents until experience would lead me to wisdom. :-) Interesting the Miracle Bubbles says it's for ages 4+!!! Following my cleansing ritual, it seemed the family would sit down and together we would watch Lawrence Welk.
As a child I really enjoyed this program. I love music, dancing and singing. It seemed every cell in my body resonated with this type of entertainment. I would be mesmerized by all the "Bubbles" that would suddenly start rising behind the band during the prelude to commercial time and then Lawrence putting his finger into his mouth and out would come a loud "POP." :-)
My early days were filled with accordion lessons and my fingers enjoyed scanning all the black and white keys and learning new chords to put with them. I practiced moving the bellows in and out as this was no easy feat for a young child. I could barely carry the instrument, let alone push those folds in and out. The color of my accordion was this beautiful blue that reminded me of ocean water.
It is said we leave many clues along our path to awaken us. As I sit and reflect on this bottle of Miracle Bubbles that sits on my desk, the label has so many clues in it. The overall color of the bottle is deep purple (crown chakra), the label has the same color of the ocean water blue (sea of creation) bubbles on it. The wording says, "Miracle Bubbles" and includes a miracle wand inside. There is a picture of the Imperial Bubble (spirit body) wearing a crown on it's head.
This image takes me back to my previous post below on bubble bursting. I now see the Lawrence Welk show was trying to convey many messages to my soul with a purpose that the information contained within would help me to reawaken to a greater truth of my being. As a child it was hard to burst out of the bubble when your hair (power) is all kinked up in curls. I always wanted long flowing hair........now I know why.
I see now that my practicing the accordion was learning to breathe in and breathe out, or to remember that the universe expands and contracts and reality folds in upon itself. The keyboard represented our keys of life, how we play them and learning new ones that will bring the song of our soul back into harmony. The tones of creation or how we create, will be consistent with the type of music we hear or like to play. Have you noticed how dancing is coming back into fashion with many now taking dance lessons and learning the swing, etc. It's like we are recreating the 50's again - but perhaps with a new high 5 dimension. (This is the Age of Aquarius.)
Bursting the bubbles of your ray's out into the cosmos, is like finally attaining that Continuity of Consciousness. With the magic wand of the magician inside the Miracle Bubbles, one now has the ability to not only blow bubbles, but burst them. The White Spirit Bubble that reminds me of Casper the Ghost will show us what we attain when we are able to finally free ourselves - for this energy now wears the Imperial Crown.
So.......thank you Lawrence Welk, the champagne lady or bubbles and elixir of life, for allowing me to dance, sing, and blow bubbles into this new swing of mid-life. I hope to be popping those bubbles on a regular basis.
A one and a two ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh !!!!!!!!!!!! Added up makes a three - don't you just love that trinity mantra? Lawrence Welk must have been a Grand Master! :-)

Sunday's Sermon with a Twist
It's been a busy week of Bubble Bursting........do you remember as a child taking your bottle of bubbles outside and then blowing them and watching them rise into the air? Do you remember the beautiful colors of the rainbow that formed within each bubble? And......then the climax......the bubble would burst! Perhaps when we finally rise and burst out of our own bubble, our magnificent Rainbow of Light can then too be freed. This week in discussions with friends, the word "bubble" was repeatedly rising to the surface. Then last night a friend sent me a web site on the Gospels of Thomas Collection, and I reflected on one of the paragraphs there that I read:
"Today most students would agree that the Gospel of Thomas has opened a new perspective on the first voice of the Christian tradition. Recent studies centered on GTh have led to a stark reappraisal of the forces and events forming "orthodoxy" during the second and third centuries. But more importantly, the Gospel of Thomas is awakening interest in a forgotten spiritual legacy of Christian culture. The incipit (or "beginning words") of Thomas invite each of us "who has ears to hear" to join in a unique quest:
These are the hidden words that the living Jesus spoke, and that Didymos Judas Thomas wrote down. And He said: "Whoever finds the meaning of these words will not taste death."
I remember years ago reading a book entitled, "New Dimensions in Healing," and the sentence that one has to attain "Continuity of Consciousness," stayed with me and perhaps this means that one will not taste of death.
So how does one attain this state of mind or have Continuity of Consciousness? I think the "Bubble" may have something to do with it. This week there is a magician who has placed himself inside a bubble of water for seven days and seven nights in New York. On May 9th he will then chain his wrists together and has only 9 minutes (the number 9 means completion)to free himself and burst out of the bubble to survive. Pay attention.......this may be the answer for all of us. When we unchain ourselves from our DNA strands that are kinked up, or our chains that bind us to present reality, we will then experience continuity of consciousness and will be able go on to experience alternate realities of existence - thus no death! We need to awaken the "Magician" within, break out of the beliefs of limitation and transform our matter into Spirit.
To see our reality as 'stuck in a bubble', is to see our soul spark stuck inside the box. We have to burst out of our bubble to get out of the box or this 3D way of thinking.
This morning the writing below came over an email and I believe is to be shared. This is what I have been experiencing over the last 12 years and much of it rings to true to me. We must all find our own truth through eXperience- "X" marks the spot - and for you ladies out there, I think the Playtex commercial years ago was trying to tell us something. Think back to the picture of the, "Cross your HEART bra." This is the spot or bridge when crossed will take you out of your Bubble! :-)

Born to Be God
Chapter 1
Every time a human being comes to life, in this world or in any other place in this universe where souls have a new opportunity to experience physical "reality", a new cycle begins whereas a spark of God's consciousness enters once again a body and starts afresh a new round of karmic playing towards ever greater awakening. Past threads that were uncompleted are woven into a new set of possibilities, either with the same players who have agreed prior to reincarnation to pursue unfinished evolutionary business within the same group of kindred souls, or within an entirely new context, but with always the same overarching goal: to reach ever higher on the ascending pathway from oblivious ignorance to the penultimate impersonation of Universal Divine Consciousness.
For as this book, this medium of mind to mind/heart to heart communication intends to make abundantly clear, there is just One Purpose to all that exists: coming to the deepest possible realization that we each are an integral, indissociable fragment of the One Being, The Universal Archetypal Essence, the Eternally Existent Presence, The Omniversal Source from which All That Is stems-and to which it will all eventually return.
Discovering the infinitely intricate consequences and overall meaning of this simple fact is what all sentient life is all about. It is pointless to pretend that one-anyone!-has succeeded in wrapping one's mind around what all that means, from stars to flowers, from atoms to super universes, from the invisible realms to the most ethereal of angelic worlds. For no one can comprehend it all. But the odyssey of learning every possible shade and nuance of what conscious awareness can encompass is what makes the Universal One in us happy to Be. Being the All Seeing, sensing all that can be sensed, touching with our mind's grasp every single aspect of experiential knowing is what makes the heart of Omniversal Creator in us throb.
We each are this Force. We each can feel its pulsing Presence in our conscience's loins. Every song ever composed, every word ever uttered, every thought ever formed is but an expression of that same Presence, of that same Joy, of that same blissful Perfection.
Everything hinges on us becoming aware of just Who we are, of just Who everyone is, of just what All That Is really is. And to that end, a nearly infinite numbers of possibilities are offered to experience every aspect of this cornucopia of perceivable realities-a "reality" being anything that appears real to our sensing abilities. From the realm of nirvanic paradise, where we all continue our journey after living a whole existence on Earth, or anywhere else in this universe, where we rest and regenerate between the intensely challenging tests of material embodiment, and where we also learn and exercise new skills that will prove useful at some future point in the Life continuum, to all other possible realities we may encounter in our never-ending journey from blissful Oneness to mindless oblivion and back, we are constantly accruing experiences and seeking to understand WHY, to what end this all IS.
The journey is long, very long indeed, and we sometime may feel very lonely as we try to cope with the endless bombardment of sensations, emotions and perceptions that may or may not help trigger the remembrance of our true nature and of why we are here for.
Usually when one starts awakening from the slumber of material inertia, from the treacherously tempting assaults of life's multifaceted stimulations carrying us from birth to so-called death on a treadmill of seemingly predetermined situations and circumstances, submerged into the morass of trivial trivia that encumbers most everyone's mind and clutters the ascending pathway from ignorance to full-bloomed knowledge, and we look around for like-minded people similarly inclined to question the prevailing narrowly focused paradigm, it takes some time to figure out no one is alone on this eternal quest. But sure enough, the inner resonance of spiritual awakening attracts other like-hearted souls and we realize that more and more beings are in the process of reconnecting with their spiritual roots. Despite the uniqueness of each person's interpretation of "reality", there appears to be enough of a common language to be able to share with someone else what is seen from our respective vantage points, and to mutually appreciate and acknowledge the precious beauty and gifts thus commonly contemplated.
Yet for many this sense of loneliness is an endearing myth that proves hard to dispel. The deeply ingrained habit of carrying on an endless inner dialogue both nurtures the illusion of being the sole witness of our every day, moment by moment, happenings, and perpetuates the disconnection from All That Is around and within our individual bubble of awareness.
In fact, the pervasive sense of being cut off from everything else starts the very moment our umbilical cord is separated from our mother's womb. From this instant on, we are led to believe that none of what constitutes human embodiment has anything to do with the magnificently soothing feeling of oneness we experience between incarnations and, to a lesser degree, while we are still connected to our mother's physical and psychic bodies. From that point on, in each new sojourn in physical reality, we unconsciously crave and long to reconnect our shattered persona back into the cosmic womb where all is felt as One. It is like an ever echoing sensation of Something Primordial that is hurtfully amiss which, even if deeply buried within the psyche of each human, continuously tries to remind us that our separation, our individualization is a mere figment of our collective imagination, and that we ought to find a way back to where the hurt of disconnection is no more.
This inner drive to reestablish the link with Omniversal Source is precisely what propels every single human relationship, from the bond between mother and child to the everlasting love that sometimes develops between two-or more-human beings.
Whether we like it or not, we are forever moved to embrace our spiritual side and trace our way back until we somehow succeed, at some point in the Life Continuum, to fully reconnect with the Source of our very existence, that still small voice within, that place of all Knowingness which knows infinitely much better than what our limited grasp of things usually allows. The very process of walking the path towards rediscovering that pervading sense of blissful Oneness we intuitively remember from the time we were not yet separated from the Source of all is in itself a most joyful experience.
The quest for true happiness, that seemingly unattainable goal, is initiated the moment we separate from the Cosmic Womb, when for the first time we experience individuated thoughts, feelings and consciousness. It is for this return back to the great undivided sense of bliss that we ceaselessly strive throughout all our lives, until we finally remember our way back to Oneness Love, Absolute Perfection and Eternal Serendipity.
Being on this long, infinitely long journey which began so long ago that we invariably forget we have ever embarked upon such an odyssey, we try our best to find some measure of contentment through whatever keeps us interested, captivated, even entranced long enough to forget the missing element to our happiness. We are led through the stimulating influence of our environment-family, school, work-related, volunteered or not-to undertake all kinds of activities and projects that for a time fill our life and offer us a modicum of satisfaction. Through our many relationships with other humans, with preferred animals, even with Nature in all its infinitely diverse forms of expression, we create bonds, enjoy wonderful moments of joy and succeed in most part to alleviate the nagging sense of being alone in our own bubble of consciousness.
For most people, these fleeting moments of shared intimacy along with vague remembrances of being part of a Greater Whole experienced in their dream state is all they will ever know of their true cosmic nature as fragments of the Universal Being who manifests Its Presence in and through all that is. Yet there is now an ever growing number of souls in incarnation who catch increasingly clearer glimpses, while awake, of why they are here and how they can access, while in embodiment, states of consciousness and blissfulness during which they reconnect, through high vibrational resonance, with the Omniversal Force that had been dormant within them ever since they took their first breath. This book is dedicated to those blessed souls who are reaching in to reconnect with their divine essence and rekindle their innate sense of belonging to the One from Whom everything emanates. Through exemplifying how these way-showers manage to open their treasure throve of ecstatic resonance that is embedded within the very fabric of their soul, acting like a holographic crystal of the Greater Whole, this written medium may indeed serve as a reminder of the glories that are everyone's birthright once the vibrational shift in consciousness has been activated.
And that's all it may do. Spiritual cognizance of one's own true nature cannot be taught. It can only be experienced and thus remembered. Activating Sentient Knowledge
There is an old saying that goes like this: "When the student is ready, the teacher will appear." What this means is that when a soul is actively seeking the path to spiritual remembrance of one's inner, intuitively felt knowledge in relation to any subject under consideration, as soon as that soul properly attune to the right inner attitude of unquestioned faith in one's own "veritas absolutis", then, as if by magic, the needed answer-whether it is a better grasp of anything observed, or simply a keener sense of direction regarding what, where, how and when our next step, metaphorically speaking, should be-spontaneously comes to mind, illuminating like a powerful beacon what we've known all along, but forgot we knew.
Getting to the point where we are able and unreservedly willing to surrender to our divinely inspired higher knowledge is, for most people, the tricky part, since we are usually convinced we know better and don't need any kind of assistance. And yet, we do it all the time, but just don't recognize it as such. Anytime you open your mouth to express a thought, you surrender to that which in you knows how to move your lips, tongue, vocal chords and lungs in perfect harmony to project sounds that others will translate through their own auditory apparatus and skills learned over years of experience to decipher those sounds into meaningful sentences, more or less representing the thoughts you initially wished to convey. You also surrender to your finely tuned sense of balance anytime you undertake a physical activity that involves synchronously moving thousands of muscles, small and large, to do something as simple as walking on a straight line, or as complex as surfing a wave on a slippery board.
Imagine the level of trust and surrender in one's own balancing abilities a tightrope walker must achieve to avoid falling to an almost certain death in some cases. Now imagine the same level of trust applied to returning to that self-sentient place within you where you can tune into Universal Divine Consciousness, of which you are a holographic fragment, and tap into this infinite Source of all knowledge to extract effortlessly whatever information you may need at any point in time.
First, you don't even begin to question what then comes to mind, for any such questioning, however well intended it may be, introduces an element of doubt. You simply take at face value the nascent thought and the accompanying first few words that spring to mind, seemingly from nowhere, and allow these forming ideas, endowed with corresponding feelings, images and sensations to guide your attention to wherever they may lead, relaxing all along in the well trodden path-once you've walked it often enough to know it always lead you exactly where you are supposed to be-that threads from the awareness of something that needs to be rediscovered/remembered/reactivated, to the unshakeable bedrock of a realization now and again fully exposed to your sentient awareness.
Now, once you got a clear enough glimpse of what it is you had to be appraised of, whether it is a life-saving information-say, a warning about an imminent danger that if you are trusting and wise enough to heed will indeed prevent you from being hurt of killed-or simply an inspiring thought that will make you more buoyant, or make more fun whatever it is you are doing, you can then come back to a more analytical state of mind and assess the value of what was communicated to you through your permanent link with your higher Self.
But if you are to successfully tap deep into your well of inner knowledge, you have to learn to resist the urge to start pondering or mentally reacting to the initial thread of thoughts or images springing to your attention, either tentatively if these are your first steps on this path, or possibly very strongly, depending on your experience at this, along with an array of supportive emotional and psychic feelings surging throughout your whole body to confirm the truthful validity of what is being conveyed to you. Indeed, if you allow too much of your intellectual mind to move into a scrutinizing stance, it will instantly blur your spiritual vision and you may then loose track of the guiding thread thrown at you as a lifeline by your higher Source of Knowledge to show you the way ahead in your journey of self-discovery.
It is precisely through this same process that this book is being written, just following the thread of ideas wherever they may lead, without any actual plan as to its content, except for a general intent of allowing the intuitive guidance of the holder of the pen-the so-called "author"-to express his innate knowledge born of literally lifetimes of experience at this, for the benefit of those you may find an interest in these writings.
Likewise, when a musician endowed with a finely tuned talent at composing music, follows his inner muse and brings forth to this plane of existence a perfectly balanced work of art, he is not in any way the sole originator of his musical creation, as his Source is the same as that which guides every possible creation in this universe. Whenever one creates something that has never existed before, to the knowledge of the creator, one then automatically takes part into the same creative process that has taken place since the very first moment when that manifesting abilities of the Universal Creator has started-if there ever was a starting point!-making All That Is out of the Omnipotent Nothingness. In that sense, and to a considerably lesser degree, we each partake of the same creational urge that has been the originating ferment throughout all times and at the basis of all creations as expressed by the Universal Being, the supremely mysterious and yet all too familiar Presence that writes these words right now, as well as read them through your own eyes, right now, in the ever present time continuum that stretches from infinite past to infinite future, but is ever accessible from the Universal Holographic Matrix at any nano-point in time, each infinitesimal segment of which is always in perfect synchronous coexistence with all others-which is why the human perception of time has no basis in Universal reality.
Likewise, just as humanity's embryonic perception of the true nature of time, the generally acknowledged consensual understanding of the true nature of God, of the Supreme Being who created all that exists, is far from the truth as seen from the perspective of one who has started grasping the awe-inspiring magnitude of this magnificent and yet so simple Reality. A topic so often relegated to the boring indoctrination of believers fed with dogmatic scriptures devoid of any vibrancy and mainly designed to enslave souls under the pretence of liberating them from ignorance, the subject of discovering and truly understanding who and what God is rarely gets the attention it deserves, for if people were to really grasp how central this question is to achieving complete happiness, they would pay far more attention to it.

Tip: if you need to express your thoughts while sipping merlot at the computer, have a rule that you will send your post to "SEND LATER." After 24 hours have passed, and you are merlot free in your system, still like what you wrote after rereading your posts, then it is probably safe to send it on. :-)

With the Da Vinci Code soon to be opening in theaters, I can only imagine it's going to create a lot of controversy.
I believe we are going to see more and more controversial material being presented in the days to come. Is it part of the program that now awakens us to view our present world as having been in the dark? I read that the Vatican has asked Catholics to boycott this movie. Mmmmmm - those that are still in the dark or asleep probably will, those that have a seen a glimmer of more light will be curious, and those that have had the flood lights turned on will know that if human's are going to be able to get along and find lasting peace, each one has to have the courage to ask questions, debate, seek their own truth. They then finally realize that all religions have a piece of the pie, but probably do not share the entire contents of the whole. One has to put it all together by not being afraid to sample the information, discern for self and extract from each piece.
